Justice Technology at IADT – Pittsburgh

The Justice Technology program is designed to provide comprehensive training for individuals seeking criminal justice careers and law enforcement careers that use modern computer technology to prevent and solve crimes. This training program incorporates the advanced technology that has added a whole new dimension to law enforcement in a field that is seeking skilled workers to fill security, investigative and agency needs.

• Specific focus on current topics of evidence and computer forensics
• Hands-on training in tools, techniques and management issues faced in the new age of law enforcement
• Courses in computer virus issues and prevention, and collecting and analyzing evidence
• Preparation for ACT 235 with classroom and firing range instruction
• Program that can be completed in as few as 18 months help get students working in the field sooner than they think
